Odds are that you haven't seen any of the limited-edition Dave's Killer Bread shopping bags that were made from recycled plastic bottles, unless you're one of those I gave them out to at the beginning of the farmers' market season.
Well, "Killer Dan" Letchinger wouldn't be caught dead with one of those bags, so he decided to at least make use of the logo, which he's proud to wear on his back. After all, he is one of dkb's most talented and enthusiastic representatives. He has been the one who gets it done while I have been away these past several weekends (servicing the Puget Sound area). This is the only way way we could keep doing the farmers' markets.
He surprised me with this jacket last week, and I just had to snap a photo for the blog. Perhaps it is a prototype for future dkb gear...

I am very serious about Dave's Killer Bread. My daughter is just eating another grilled cheese sandwich(Power Seed) with this incredible bread. My husband just went to the store and looked all over for a loaf. We always ask Trader Joe's when they are going to start carrying Dave's Killer Bread, too(they say they hear this question several times a week.) Dave's Killer Bread is really not like any other kind of loaf, it is in a league of it's own. Thanks for a this wonderful gift. I am very happy to serve this bread to my 2 year old as such a healthful part of her diet. P.S. Generally, we are not bread lovers! If you ever need someone to do a free commercial for you, I will!
