One of my latest offerings is the Blues Bus, a loaf of Blues Bread (the original "killer" bread) that is longer and narrower which means smaller (and more) slices.

yeast fact

Aloha Dave,
My friend and I were wondering what brand of yeast you use in your bread. We are both allergic to potato, and Red Star Yeast is the only potato free yeast we've found. We would love to eat your bread, if it is potato free.

Sorry Molly...I wasn't aware of that. It seems like we can never find an ingredient that pleases everyone, and yeast is no exception. We use saf-instant yeast in all of the breads.
