spelt may be the answer

Dear Dave,
Was fortunate to see you on the AM Northwest show. Found your great website.
I have god-awful arthritis in my hands. Accidentally discovered that wheat bread really sets it off.
Suspect it is the gluten in the bread.
What breads of yours (they all sound wonderful) would you suggest might be better for me?

I will most appreciate any help you can give me.

Thanks,
Patti

Hi Patty…lots of people with wheat and gluten sensitivities have found my Good Seed Spelt bread works well for them. It is not for celiacs, since it does contain gluten. However, spelt is a great alternative for lots of people. Hope that includes you!

The Good Seed Spelt bread is the BEST bread since sliced bread was invented. Even if we do have to drive to Portland to get it. Love, Amelia from Seattle
