killer korrespondence

Happy organic sprouts.

Dave, love your bread. Please think about making a loaf of bread that is made with sprouted, like silver hills bakery, only yours would be better and local. Everyone would buy it.
Thanks

Done. Hook it up at Portland Farmers' Market on any Saturday. And Beaverton opens on May 12, so you can get it there too. Good Seed Sprouted Wheat--the first killer sprouted bread. "Peace Bomb" sprouted wheat baguettes too!

Yo Dave, my roommate and I had the pleasure of enjoying your fine bread last night and we were blown away with how good it was. We read your story on the back of the label and chuckled for a bit. We have to be honest with you, we are so stoked with your bread, I think we found a new favorite. And being organic is the most important part. Really good job man! We love it! Thanx, Mark and Caleb-

Looks like things are so great for you! Someone at the Hillsdale Farmers Mkt. appreciation dinner said she has to send DKB to Eugene relatives all the time! Love hearing about printed bags & bumperstickers etc. Lots of continued success to a great guy & product. Chris
PS Glad you are finally a Burlingame!

I live in N. Portland and have tried every variety that I have seen. Just now, the spelt...it's awesome. I was working for a bakery here in Portland (Portland Specialty Baking) who mass produced bagels for Starbucks (horrible horrible) nothing they put out compares to what you are doing. If you need any help promoting your product, let me know. I'm right in the neighborhood and want to see your continued success, since it's directly affecting my life and preventing me from eating bread on drugs. Keep up the good work!!!-Joe V.

Oh my gosh! Dave, thank you.

I don't know how you managed to get in the Klamath Falls Fred Meyer store but I'm so glad you did.

I don't eat wheat - in fact up until this past month I haven't eaten any bread for 2 1/2 years. I discovered that wheat made me miserable (pain in the soft tissues) and was afraid to even try spelt, kamut, or any kind of sprouted wheat. Still haven't tried anything but the spelt.

Fred Meyer carried a spelt bread and I tried it one weekend about a month ago. Oh my!!! Then today when I dropped by to pick up a loaf and saw your Good Seed Bread, I had to try it. All the ladies where I work wanted to try a slice. It's wonderful, thank you again.

Is your bread sold anywhere in Sacramento, CA? Bought some at the Vancouver farmers market this weekend while visiting. Excellent bread.... Also I am a psychotherapist, very interested disclosure on the bread package. Sounds like a real personal transformation. Pat
