In response to your "bigger, less amazing" or "smaller, more exciting" low carb question, the answer is definitely SMALLER, MORE EXCITING! Yum.

I'm glad you see it my way. You know I am pretty sure most people feel the same way, and that's the route I'm following as I get ready to introduce a "low-carb" bread at farmers' markets soon. Smaller slices will mean less carbs and calories per serving. a shot of killer bread without all the calories.
As for me, I'll probably keep eating the fat slices and just keep pumping iron and pushing the elliptical trainer.

We LOOOOOOVE your bread. We buy it at the Salmon Creek Fred Meyer and it seems to be gaining popularity. My 11 year old daughter asked me last week if she could take a few slices for her WASL testing snacks. If that isn't a testimonial, I don't know what is. I brought home a loaf of the rye today and can't wait to try it!
It's not your grandfather's Jewish rye. I guarantee it's like no other rye bread you've had. Proper Eats in St. Johns makes great vegan rubens on it, and it makes some of the best toast! Dave
